Most recently David in the office has been so helpful with my recent moves out of units and into new units. David took the time hear what I needed and what I wanted to do and worked with my busy schedule. I’ve rented here for 15 years. Its clean and I feel safe working in and out of my units and being on the property. The staff is friendly and professional and will work with you; it’s important to ask, communicate and follow through! I recommend this facility. Reserving/renting a unit online is easy to do as is the in person the process. Talk to the staff and they will work with you!

This place is terrible if you’re trying to rent a U-Haul. Twice in the span of 12 months I tried renting from here and they didn’t have the equipment I needed (but was confirmed). First time was a van and furniture dolly that was confirmed that turns out they told me when I showed up they didn’t have a dolly, I had to drive across town to find one. Second rental attempt was just two days ago, had a 15’ truck and dolly booked and confirmed for mobile pick up outside of their operating hours. I walked to the location for my CONFIRMED 7am mobile pick up in 28°f weather. When I finally arrived it turns out I wasn’t able to do mobile pick up and was advised by the telephone operator that I could pick up the truck three hours later at 10am which wasn’t an option as my moving help was arriving at my apartment in 30mins time. Total waste of time and effort as I had to once again drive across town to find a U-Haul location that could deliver on their promise of a confirmed booking. This place completely sucks for U-Haul renting…stick to storage units, not renting trucks, vans and dollys. Wouldn’t recommend!

I had a pipe burst over my storage unit TWICE while renting from Absolute Management / Abbott Storage. They are slow to react; water poured into my unit for two days AFTER they knew about it! They offered no assistance nor financial compensation for lost items. No one was even onsite to assist! Terrible, asleep-at-the-wheel management. Your items WILL NOT BE SECURE at an Absolute Management site. BEWARE.
