Suzannah Fischer

Suzannah Fischer is the Director of Operational Effectiveness at Absolute Storage Management (Absolute). As a member of the Senior Leadership team at Absolute, she plays an integral role in shaping the company’s strategic goal setting, leading efforts around process standardization and documentation, and overseeing the Learning & Development team.

Suzannah has experience in higher education, healthcare, and most recently global technology (Fortune 200). Suzannah holds dual BA degrees from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology. In addition to Absolute’s Core Values, she holds a personal core value of leaving everyone, everything, and everywhere better than she found them.
