candice was great. I called in first to inquiry about the specials I saw online and she immediately told me to come see her, so I did. I arrived and waited a few minutes to see the unit, however she greeted me upon entry which I appreciated. I saw the unit and booked it online. once I received confirmation, one thing I wish were sent to the customer is a map of the storage facility property so I would’ve known the proper door that was closest to unit and the easiest path to access my unit. the larger double doors nearest my unit were locked, however the app (which is convenient) pretends to open the door, isn’t accurate. so I stood out there waiting for the doors to unlock, walked all the way around on the side to see the locked doors. otherwise the unit was as candice showed and throughly explained to me.

We were very appreciative when Ms. LaShanta Hancock assisted us in locating a U-Haul truck in such a short notice. I am very glad to have called her at the Tiger Storage U-Haul when the U-Haul at 7384 Raleigh LaGrange personnel did not show up for work and my reservation was not fulfilled. Ms. Hancock took the time to locate a truck and negotiate a rental for us. She did this all the while; being cheerful, positive, and courteous. She has a great personality!!! This is an exceptional person and employee!!!!
