This was sooooo easy! Seriously. Modern storage solutions for the modern age. All I had to do was go online and set it up. Only took a few minutes. The place was closed so I went into the chat for help on directions to the unit. The lady was able to bring up a map and digitally walk me to my unit. It even came with a new lock, still in the packaging, inside! I can’t believe how simple and easy it was to set it up. No long waits. No need to talk to anyone in person or follow them in a golf cart tour. The unit is nice and cooled and super new and clean. I’m so excited for this 10x/30x unit!

First, we were quoted $553 for a unit and then come to find out every other unit of the same size is rented for $500. Company has not provided an explanation for the increased rate nor offered to lower it to match the others. Secondly, our door never opened correctly and after complaining about it several times to the office staff, someone got hurt. It was supposedly fixed, but still does not raise as it should. Third, rent is due on the 28th (we could’ve sworn it was the 1st) but we were out of town celebrating Christmas and New Years with our family. We return on January 4 and expected to pay a late fee, but pull up to our unit to find a lock on it. We have rented more storage units than I can count all over the state and I have NEVER heard of a lock being placed on your unit for being late less than 30 days…. These folks will lock up your unit after 5. If you are looking for storage in Southport, there are several better options. I would highly recommend taking your business anywhere but Long Beach Self Storage.
This is the worst place i have ever seen poor ownership and poor customer service wouldn't recommend for storage
