Units are spacious and affordable. I use a temperature controlled one and have had no issues. The staff are always extremely nice and pleasant to interact with. I love that you need a code to enter AND leave the premises. There’s also an indoor hand cart for moving belongings which came in handy for me as I’m mobility impaired. The other customers/staff are pretty good about leaving the cart in an easy-to-see and accessible location. My only complaint is the insurance you have to get through them doesn’t actually cover as much as you would think and leaves a lot of room for them to not pay out in the instance where your belongings are stolen or damaged. Aside from this, I’ve had a great experience with them and would recommend them for your storage needs.

I do not recommend I have had a unit with Wilson road since October of 2021paying 195 a month I've noticed online that they have rates for my unit starting at lower prices with the first month free I called inquiring saying that that was only the online offer and that I had rented my unit in store and that I would have to move units to get that price. Recently I received a letter in the mail saying they were going up on my unit price to $225 a month all while they are offering the same unit online for $174. Why would you not value the customers that you currently have offering them these same rates maybe but offering new customers one month free and also the better rate. Does not make sense I vacated my premises today for this very reason alone.

I’ve been with Wilson storage for almost a year now and I will soon be leaving. They just recently fell under new management and I can already see a difference. They’ve already raised the price per storage unit and said it was due to inflation and for them to cover the cost of whatever. If this is the case then I shouldn't see any roaches especially baby ones crawling around nor should I see any signs of mice. Since then the last three times I visited them to either make a payment or for assistance the office has been locked and no sign of anyone being there expect this last time. The only good thing about it is they make paying your storage easier. Update: Went back today and found droppings all over my stuff. I will be searching for a new place to move my stuff because at this point I'm certain that there is a mouse living in our stuff.
