It's a tight fit in the driving area for large trucks. Be prepared to make wide turns, and or back up and try again. Finding the building letter is easy. Initially I parked too far from my unit. I found the exit door that was closer to my unit, and that door was on the other side of Bldg K. I went to exit the facility and I wasn't familiar with, or forgot to use the app feature. I kept driving up to the gate and it wouldn't open. The storage attendant eventually walked up from the other side and punched in her code and let out. The unit is nice and climate controlled. It's priced lower than the competition so I chose them. The 10x15 is a nice size and the ceiling is nice and high. I'm guessing over 12 feet, so you can stack pretty high.

The crew at FS TRULY did Us RIGHT!! I relocated back to NC from AR from a 3 bedroom house. All while moving INTO another 3 bedroom house and acquiring new things to “hold me over!” Until we flew to AR and loaded our things up and took the 12 hour DRIVE through 5 states in a 26’ moving truck BACK to NC. When I realized it was small she bumped me up to the next unit size . It was the perfect size and I was able to put all my furniture in the storage unit.I went office to pick up my locks and the lady there was so pleasant to talk to.
