For starters I have been stuck on the property for 2 hours and had to call the police because there was no one to answer on a Sunday to help me or come to the property. It took me calling the security company so they could get in touch with property manager that never showed up. The police came and it took them almost a hour to figure out how to disable the gate so I can get out. They offered a $50 credit which isn’t much when I’m paying over $240 a month for 2 storages. Secondly every time I come to my storage I can’t get in…it’s always an issue with the battery. Keep in mind I only come about 2 times a month. And I’m here for hours trying to get in and no help from the property manager. Not to mention he is never at the property but if I wait a day after payment is due they harassing me with multiple texts, calls, and voicemails. Not to mention bill keeps going up! I lost money due to me not being able to access the things I need from my storage to complete customers orders and yet I still have to pay a storage bill for a storage I can’t access when I need too. I have been with them over 2 years and the last year with them hasn’t been great. So choose wisely when picking a storage so you won’t have the same issues I’m having. Only gave 2 stars because it’s on the bypass and I don’t have to go through traffic to get here. Considering finding another storage company at this point.
