So the people here are fantastic and really nice. The location is a bit out of the way(inconvenient), and frankly it was difficult, took all day to move in. The only access to the back storage areas is through the front. That means dragging all your stuff through the entire building. So have it boxed neatly and make sure you have a dolly. You need your code to get in and out. Unlike other places that have the gates that recognize vehicles and open automatically for you to leave. It is wheelchiar friendly and very clean. The lighting from what I could tell was okay.

Terrible the manager is terrible he has locked me out of my storage and I only had acouple of items when I paid i up until when I went in July to mythings I got the majority of my things I went into the office and asked hlm because that I get everything out than would they credit me for the rest of days he said no so I left a couple of things in there I go back at the end of july to get the other couple of things he had. locked me out and he would not take the lock off unless I paid him 80+ dollars and pay for August and I only had about things left in there and I was paying insurance I refused to do that because i onlyhave three things In there and one of the items was my 98 year father churn in which he is still living i asked him when would they be sitting my things so I can get it and he told me that they were going to sale them and recover the money for mythings left when I only have 3 things in there which was lids and boxes that were going to be thrown away when i come back to get the churn and throw away the thrash I had the storage for over a year I had a larger bend I downsized because I had gotten the majority of my things so if I can’t get my fathers churn I will be filing a complaint because that is totally not fair on him and the company forthe conversation he had with me the day I TRANSFERED OVER TO THE STORAGE HE HAD A CONVERSATION THAT YOU DON’T HAVE WITH A CUSTOMER

Originally they started off wonderfully. No problems at all. Then they swapped management. Now you can't reach them by phone for about a month my code didn't work. They attempted to charge me a late fee the first month for my info not being on file when I specifically went in and redid all of my paperwork, apparently that didn't hold and they had to call to get it reset again. And now out of the blue my rent is increasing for no reason and I keep attempting to ask why and not getting a single response. This place is awful in communication and seems to be trying to slowly sneak people of their money without warning.
