Great staff! Imon is a professional , friendly and helpful employee. I rented several U-haul trucks at this location and had a storage unit there for about 1year. No problems at all… the place is very clean, online payment system was easy to use. When I needed to rent two units, staff was helpful. I appreciate the staff making a somewhat stressful time, stress free for me.

I have had quite a frustrating time with this company. I reserved a unit online on a Thursday (05/09/24) and received the instructions that the unit would be immediately available for storage and that upon arrival, i would find an unlocked seal tag on my unit that I'd have to remove and that the inside of my unit would have a lock and key for me to use for the duration of my rental period. On Saturday when I arrived (05/11/24) the unit, already had a lock on it and was partially unlocked, allowing us to slide the door up halfway, and the unit right next to mine looked as if it had been kicked in and burgled. when I oped up the unit, i discovered that it had things still inside the unit from a previous renter and had not been cleared out before it was rented to me. I had already rented a truck and hired out a moving company and I would not be able to afford to reserve either for a second day due to the error. I ended up having to still move my things into the unit whilst there was still furniture, a pool table, and other items from a previous renter in the unit. There was no where for us to throw out the previous belonging due to their sheer size and the moving company said that they would charge me more if they had to move something so heavy without previous notice (which I also couldn't afford). I have had to leave my things in the halfway unlocked unit over the past few days and it has made me so nervous that my things might be pilfered if I don't come daily to check on them. I will say that the only redeeming points throughout this entirely unprofessional experience have been the kind staff that I spoke to on the phone. When I brought notice to the issue that Saturday evening, the office had been closed for the weekend and would not reopen till the coming Monday (5/13/24). I spoke with a young lady from customer service named Leia who was extremely kind and patient with me although i was on the verge of a nervous breakdown and the kind young man, Justin, who works on site called me and apologized about the issue and has let me know that he would escalate my issue up to the regional manager. As of Tuesday (5/14/24), I have no update on what is going on with my unit. I have yet to receive a reasonable resolution from the company rectifying the issue like hiring a moving company that can remove the items for me and then placing a new lock on the unit that I have keys to or perhaps and additional month for free due to the hiccup. I will be sure to keep this post updated with changes.

While it appears nice and clean. The amount of rodents have significantly increased. In addition I work the same hours the office is open. You’d think no big deal the gate is open until 10pm. HOWEVER, on 4 occasions I’ve arrived between 6pm and 9pm and can’t get in. The main doors to the hallway for inside units are locked. I call the customer service center and all they can do it send a message to the manager whom never calls back. The price here has really gone up for current tenants. I can’t afford to pay $114/month for a 5x10 and not be able to access it.

My items were sold at auction without ANY notification. I spoke with the office a few days ago and asked if there was an auction scheduled for my unit to which the response was no. INCREDIBLY devastating. I found out my unit sold when I called to make my payment today- 2 days AFTER it sold.

I would leave a 4 star if not for their disregard to accommodate my disability ultimately forcing me to end my lease much to my dismay!PLUS initial move in was a disaster costing me hundreds of dollars ($500-$1000) due to their information about their access hours, weekend office hours,and providing moving carts caused my movers to reschedule 4 separate times at MY EXPENSE! I never received as much as a courtesy apology much less any offer of compensation like a month free rent for 1 or 2 or 3 of my units renting. I overlooked this initial costly blunder because I had gone through an extensive amount of planning for moving my personal belongings into this facility and otherwise liked the facility! But that was a mistake because of the initial information about their access hours combined with my disabilities I had a difficult time being off property after actual access hours the first few days until I was able to self correct with a solution on the 4th day. The same day, my lease was terminated for not following the rules of the access hours with no consideration for my explanation as to WHY as it pertained to my disability, or my offer to provide proof of my disability with medical records, or my having resolved the issue for it to not be an issue again, or my out of pocket expense I had just eaten with moving my things into the 3 units only 1 week ago because of THEIR mistakes, or my pleading/begging to not cancel me and allow me a chance to prove it wouldn’t happen again (since that same day now having resolved the issues I had due to my disabilities). Initially only given a couple of days to vacate, later allowed me two weeks; however, they also limited MY access hours to only allowed when the staff was on site and overlocking my units when it was not office hours- considerably fewer hours from normal access hours! This only adds to my already complex situation having to find another self storage facility (not another under this company as I’m sure I’ll be banned to rent from since they are terminating me regardless being disabled!). I’ve been humiliated for my mistakes with the access hours tho never intentional. It was very confusing and stressful for those initial few days until I came up with the solution to implement for it to no longer be a situation and would not happen again. I felt like a criminal being punished for stepping out of line with no consideration to be given as for why it happened. The restricted access hours caused other problems to my life due to the disruption having to come and go within certain times vs the extended hours I otherwise would have had. That inconvenience caused me to miss deadlines affecting me financially. And the overall financial loss from moving in thru moving out will end up costing me thousands for the mistake of choosing this facility ! Had it not been for misinformation provided directly by their website and text messages received by their office staff, there wouldn’t have been any issues from me since I would have not needed to make adjustments I hadn’t planned for regarding my disability issues and the light shining on the unflattering professionalism would not expose their lack of accountability, and no interest in accommodating my being disabled as a result.

If I Could leave 0 stars I would !! I picked this storage facility Thinking it was safe and also the Close proximity to the Rental property I’m living in until I close on my new home!! First things first on Dec 23, 2023 !! I arrived at my storage unit to retrieve a winter coat !! First weird thing it was a large number of people buying storage units and cars following other cars on to the property!! Once I entered the property I was unable to access my storage unit 1523!! Thought that was weird as well!! I walked to the front desk asked the employee for Assistance Her name was Sage she was Extreme helpful She actually got up and walked to my unit with me!! She took the key tried it than info me she would have to cut the lock I said okay !! Once the lock was Cut and the unit was open my 10*10 storage which I pay on time monthly had been burglarized 3bedrooms of furniture living room , appliances, pots pans dishes clothes home decor etc. upon the Discovery !! A guy moving out of a Unit informed me that it had been a host of break ins at this facility !! Third weird thing the lock that was cut was a lock sold by the storage property over 20k worth of my large furniture items were carried out of this storage with no Surveillance are noticed sent out! whoever did this was comfortable they picked through my belongings even neatly Stacked books and folded clothes they didn’t want!! Listen they even stole my grandma ashes crazy part is the storage never reached out to investigate or anything this is very disappointing and very unfortunate the lack of concern are care they offer you this cheat insurance because it’s in a predominantly black area !! And don’t protect or inspect the units !! Rent here at your own risk

I have reached out to the district manager and waiting to hear back. If I do not hear anything I am going to take this further. Never in my life have I encountered a place so unbelievably disgusting, unsanitary, and horrid. As a single mother, be aware!!! This is the absolutely worst place to store your belongings!!!! The customer service and management is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! I had 2 of the largest storage units, and BOTH were broken into.... guess when I found out. A WHOLE MONTH LATER!!! The manager (blonde hair guy) at the property said "Sorry for not calling you. It must've slipped through the cracks." I didn't have a few things stolen, I had every single bit of furniture and appliances stolen that I've worked extremely hard for! 6 Beds (2 twins, 2 fulls, 1 king, and 1 queen), 6 mattresses, 6 box springs, 6 bed frames, 3 dressers, 6 TV's (3-50in, 2-55in, 1-65in), my LG washer and dryer, my baby blue iMac, my Samsung refrigerator, even my daughters full length mirror that was in her bedroom! And the manager or the staff didn't even think to make a courtesy PHONE CALL?!? TRASHHHHHHHH SERVICE!!!! They are beyond careless because on Saturday I made it up there shortly after they closed, around 2:07pm. One of the staff members was in her car and said "We're closed, but if you need the gate code it's *9696#!" Then drove off! Can you believe that?! What if I was thief??? Careless, reckless, irresponsible, poor customer service, and I was told by other tenants that there's a rat infestation too!

First of all one start is too high for this company 1.) Break ins all the time 2.) Rodent infestation. rodents in and out units 3.) Pest control very little or none at all 4.) The staff is not helpful or give solutions to any issues Do not store your things here if you want them. There insurance policy doesn't cover what you end up loosing. I will NEVER recommend nobody to store their things with this storage company.
