Great experience renting with Premier Storage. All of the staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Loraine is amazing! She was so helpful long before we officially moved into two units. In fact, she called the day after we moved in to make sure everything was okay. Who does that anymore? Impressive to say the least. We were one of the first tenants and to this day love this facility, the management, and the location. It's clean, accommodating, and friendly. We house a large business at Premier Storage and access it daily. We picked it for it's location and size. Centralized in the middle of our territory right off of I85, large enough to accommodate large shipments of product (weekly) and spacious enough to load and move around. Management is the absolute BEST. Very friendly, and attentive to our particular business needs. We've found a home here that we absolutely love.

Very disappointed in this facility. It was very promising for what I needed. It was very clean being a new section, close to the house, and had climate control. Luckily found Online discount offer that had half off rent for first two months then set price was $149 with a $10 discount if you provide your own insurance making total rent at $139 per month. So not being ready to move items into storage unit, but not wanting to lose the specific size and climate controlled unit I went ahead and secured it at the set price and deal. Basically before I could move my stuff in, the unit stayed vacant for almost a month in a half and I didn’t mind paying what I agreed on because it was on me that I haven’t moved yet. Then I was finally able to move my stuff into the unit and literally in less than one month after I did I received a letter stating rent was going up. I get with this economy a little raise is normal but it was an 11% increase which was almost an additional $20 a month right after I moved my stuff in. Of course I was frustrated and called to see if they would be willing to work with me and lower the increase at least some because I was planning on being there well over a year and had just moved in. Unfortunately they would not help in anyway and said property owner sets the rate so they lost a responsible paying customer. I hope it’s not the case but I feel like they strong arm people to stay and pay the increase since most people don’t have much options in other storage or they are not willing to move all their stuff to another location. I was lucky to be able to go elsewhere but it would have been a lot better for me and this company to work with their customers and collect consistent agreed upon rent on time. Sorry this didn’t work out and I hope others know before they rent that the amount can and will change not in your favor.
