If you recommend one of our participating facilities to someone who becomes a tenant, you’re in for something special.
Your support not only benefits them but also rewards you – our valued advocates. There is no limit to the amount of referrals an individual may make.

Referral Program Eligibility Criteria
The Referral Program is open to our valued tenants, local business partners, retail customers, and community members who suggests our facility to an individual who rents from the participating facility.
Eligibility for our referral program is straightforward. For your referral to qualify, the person you recommend should first provide property management with your contact information. Then the referral must rent and occupy a unit for a minimum of 2 months. During this period, they should maintain good standing with us. It’s important that their residence is at a separate address from yours. Additionally, the total rent they pay should exceed the value of the referral check.
How to Claim Your Referral Reward
Every time you successfully refer someone, we’re thrilled to send you a $100 check, conveniently delivered to our property. Our team will promptly reach out to coordinate your pick-up. If you’re located out of state, don’t worry – we’ve got a seamless process. We’ll verify your ID through email and then securely mail the check to your certified address. Referral checks must be claimed and cashed within 90 days of printing.
The referral reward is non-transferable and can not be exchanged for cash, credit or other rewards.
The great news is that there’s absolutely no limit to the number of referrals you can bring in! Your advocacy can keep earning you rewards, one successful referral at a time.
Program Conditions
Please note that our referral program is subject to certain exclusions and conditions to ensure fairness and integrity. These include but are not limited to:
- Same Household Exclusions: Referrals made within the same household or among immediate family members are not eligible for rewards under this program.
- Employee and Affiliates Exclusion: Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Absolute Storage Management and its associated partners are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Duplication Exclusion: Individuals referred cannot be referred by multiple participants or receive rewards from multiple referrers for the same referral.
- Self Referrals: Participants cannot refer themselves to the referral program to qualify for rewards.
- Non-Transferrable Rewards: Referral program rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other incentives.
Please be aware that Absolute Storage Management and participating self-storage facilities retain the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with any changes communicated to participants in advance. Additionally, any engagement in fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the referral program will result in immediate disqualification from the program and may lead to potential legal action. We value the integrity of our referral program and appreciate your adherence to these exclusions and guidelines.
