Fourth Quarter 2024 and Year-End Review For Absolute Storage Management

MEMPHIS, Tennessee –Absolute Storage Management (Absolute), a leading private, third-party management company for self-storage facilities in the United States, announced operating results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2024.  

2024 Highlights for Three Months Ended December 31, 2024: 

• Acquired ten (10) new management contracts: seven (7) facilities after construction and three (3) operating facilities.     
• Increased same-store revenue by 0.5% compared to the same period in 2023. 
• Reported an ending same-store Economic Occupancy of 95% as of December 31, 2024, up from 93% as of December 31, 2023.  
• Reached a milestone of 150 facilities under management as of December 2024. 

2024 Highlights Year Ended December 31, 2024: 

• Increased same-store revenue by 1.8% compared to the same period in 2023.   
• Acquired twenty-four (24) management contracts: five (5) operating facilities and nineteen (19) facilities after construction.  
• Recognized as Best of Business in Operational Consulting by Inside Self-Storage (ISS).  
• Ranked top 10 among the Top Self Storage Operators by ISS.  

Over the fourth quarter, Absolute expanded its management presence across Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, and South Carolina, bringing its total portfolio to 153 actively managed properties in 15 states as of this publication.
