Brittney B. – General Manager

Brittney joined Absolute in August of 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager at our AAA Deans Bridge property. In September of 2024, Brittney moved into a Property Manager role due to her passion for wanting to learn and grow. Effective 10/28, she has accepted the role of General Manager where she will oversee our Attic Nook and AAA Deans Bridge properties. We can’t wait for her continued success as a General Manager! Tara B. – General Manager

Tara started with Absolute in October of 2023 as an Assistant Manager at our Hwy 221 property. In August of 2024, she quickly grew into a Property Manager at Main Street Duncan. Effective 10/28, due to Tara’s continued success, she has accepted the role of General Manger over our Hwy 221 and Main Street Duncan locations. We are so excited to watch her excel in this new role. Courtney K. – HR Coordinator

We’re excited to welcome Courtney to Absolute as our new Human Resources Coordinator. Courtney joins us with over six years of experience in Human Resources, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team. Courtney earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a Concentration in Human Resources at Florida Gulf Coast University. Shortly after obtaining her degree, she completed her Professional Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Courtney resides in the Sarasota, FL area. We are so excited to have Courtney join our Absolute team. Please join me in welcoming Courtney!

Lisa M. – Senior General Manager

Lisa joined Absolute in August of 2023 as a Property Manager at our All Season Storage – Kingsport location. Effective November 10th, 2024, due to Lisa’s continued leadership and dedication, she was offered and has accepted the role of Senior General Manager over our All Season – Morristown and Princeton Self Storage properties. We are very excited to watch her grow in this new role. Please join us in congratulating Lisa!

Tawnia S. – General Manager

We are excited to welcome Tawnia into her new role as General Manager over Abbott West & Abbott Trinity, effective November 11th, 2024. Tawnia originally joined Absolute in September of 2022 as a Floating Assistant Manager at our New Shackle Self Storage property. In January of 2023, she quickly moved into an Assistant Manager role and then a Property Manager position in June of 2024. We can’t wait for Tawnia’s continued success as a General Manager. Alexis F. – Administrative Solutions Coordinator

We’re excited to welcome Alexis to Absolute as our new Administrative Solutions Coordinator. She joins us with a wealth of experience in program management, business strategy, and administrative excellence, having worked with diverse industries ranging from legal firms to marketing and event management. Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Washington State University. Alexis resides in the Sarasota, FL area. We are so excited to have Alexis join our Absolute team. Anthony K. – Sales Center Sales Agent

We’re excited to welcome Anthony to our team as our newest Sales Center Sales Agent. Anthony graduated from Florida State University and joins us with 10 years of sales experience in various industries like Healthcare, Technology & Automotive and resides in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Welcome, Anthony!

Tabitha H. – Senior General Manager

Tabita joined Absolute in February of 2023 as a Property Manager at Mandeville Self Storage. Tabitha joined us with 5 years of Property Management experience in the Housing Industry prior to joining our team. Effective December 1st, 2024, due to Tabitha’s continued leadership and dedication, she was offered and has accepted the role of Senior General Manager. We are excited to watch Tabitha excel in her new role. Please join us in congratulating Tabitha!

Donna M. – Sales Center Agent

We are excited to share that Donna has transitioned from her Floating Assistant Manager position in the Greenville, SC area to a Sales Center Service Agent, effective 12/26/24. Donna brings a wealth of experience and expertise from her time with Absolute, having originally joined us in November of 2019. In her new role, she will focus on the service side of the Sales Center, assisting current tenants and supporting the continued success of the team. Shelbi G. – General Manager

We are excited to welcome Shelbi Gaston to Absolute as our newest General Manager at Hernando East and Horn Lake. Shelbi joins us with over 8 years of Property Management experience in the Storage Industry. She went to the University of Memphis where she studied Business/Managerial Economics.
