Tony Ehiguese Digital Marketing Manager
Absolute would like to welcome Tony Ehiguese to the team! Tony joins us as our new Digital Marketing Manager. Tony is working remotely from his home in the Dallas, Texas area as part of the Marketing Team. Tony has over 9 years of Digital Marketing experience creating Digital Campaigns for brands ranging from technology, to retail, to healthcare.
He has a Bachelors in Computer Science and a Post Graduate in Digital Media and Marketing. He states, “My affinity for learning has fueled my ability to gain core marketing and public relations experience along the way, helping me achieve marketing goals and objectives.” We are so excited to have Tony on our team!
Jon Gottshall Sales Center Agent
Jon has filled the role of Sales Center Agent. Jon has several years of call center experience, and is based out of the Memphis, TN area. Jon takes pride in his friendly customer service skills. Additionally, Jon has sales experience in the food and beverage and automotive industries. Welcome, Jon!
Anne Hull Senior Accountant
Absolute would like to welcome Anne Hull to the team! Anne joins us as our new Senior Accountant. Anne is working from the Home Office in the Memphis, TN area as part of the Accounting Team. Anne has many years experience in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
She graduated from Christian Brothers University and has been married for 27 years to her husband, who is an Accountant as well. She has 2 grown children who both recently graduated from the University of Mississippi with Accounting degrees. Anne enjoys cooking, Hotworx, and Netflix. We are so excited to have Anne on our team!
Moving Up in the Company: Team Member Promotions
Megan O’Connell Operations Project Manager
Megan started her journey with Absolute in October 2017 as a Property Manager. She was soon promoted to a General Manger in January 2018, promoted to Senior General Manager in May 2018, promoted to District Manager in August 2018, and then promoted to Regional Manager in December 2018. All operations positions were in the Chattanooga, TN market. Due to Megan’s excellence and leadership in her Regional Manager role, she was promoted to Training and Development Manager in October 2020.
Megan has successfully elevated our Training Department over the past 2 years. We now want to congratulate Megan on her promotion to Operations Project Manager. Megan states, “I was very blessed to find Absolute and I have had a wonderful experience and built an amazing career over the last 6 yrs. I look forward to continuing to grow and develop my skill sets to contribute to Absolute’s continued growth and success!”
Justina Kempski Training Lead
Justina started with Absolute in July 2020 as Floating Assistant Manager in our Atlanta, Georgia market. Through Justina’s time working at multiple properties and being exposed to so much of Absolute, she was selected through a rigorous selection process to become a Training Specialist within Absolute in March 2021. Through her continued dedication and striving for excellence, she was able to help the department put clear definitions and expectations of what an Absolute Training Specialist should be. We want to congratulate Justina on her promotion to Training Lead.
Justina states, “I completely fell in love with the we care culture that ASM embodies. With a teacher’s background, I became naturally drawn to helping others within the company and knew I wanted to be a part of the Training department. I have a passion for developing others and love watching them succeed. I look forward to this next chapter leading the Training department and continuing to grow with Absolute!”
Allision Williams Senior General Manager
Absolute would like to congratulate Allison Williams on her promotion to Senior General Manager. Allison started with Absolute in April of 2020 as an Assistant Property Manager and continued her growth with Absolute to the position she holds today.
Allison will be directly supervising Attic Nook, AAA Milledgeville, and Absolute Storage of Aiken in our Augusta, Georgia and Aiken, South Carolina area. We are so excited to have Allison on our team and look forward to all of the wonderful things that she will accomplish! Congratulations on your promotion!
