Troy Scott Data Analyst

Troy comes to Absolute with over 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and more. Troy earned a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Business Management, and is now located in Daytona Beach, FL. Troy has accepted the role of Data Analyst with a start date of Tuesday, May 30th. Welcome, Troy!

Mike Matthews Regional Manager

Mike is a new addition to Absolute who will join Curtis’s team as a Regional Manager supporting Memphis and surrounding markets. Mike accepted this role with a start date of Monday, May 22, 2023. Mike comes to us with over 10 years of experience in storage in a leadership role. We are thrilled to have him join our team and bring his knowledge, experience, and leadership. Welcome, Mike!

Kaitlin Smith Sales Center Agent

Absolute would like to welcome Kaitlin Smith to the team! Kaitlin joins us as one of our new Sales Center Agents. Kaitlin will be working remotely from her home in the Rutherford, NC area. Kaitlin has several years of managerial and sales experience. We are so excited to have Kaitlin in this new role! Welcome to the team Kaitlin!

Emily Roffman HR Specialist – Payroll

Emily joins Absolute with experience in payroll functions, HRIS maintenance, training, and more! Emily has dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Human Resources from Rowan University. Emily resides in the Bradenton, FL area! We are so excited to have Emily on our team and look forward to all of the wonderful things that she will accomplish! Please join me in welcoming Emily!

Moving Up in the Company: Team Member Promotions 

Tonekia Kendall Regional Manager

Tonekia has been a part of Absolute since 2019, where she started as a Property Manager at Bonaire Mini Storage. Tonekia was quickly promoted to General Manager, and Senior General Manager following that. Tonekia has now accepted the role of Regional Manager, effective 5/28/2023. We are so excited to see Tonekia grow into this new role! Congratulations, Tonekia.

Joseph Smith General Manager

Joseph started with Absolute in August of 2021 as a Property Manager at Walton Security Storage. Effective 6/26/2023, Joseph has accepted the role of General Manager where he will manage both Walton Security Storage and Chase Street Storage. We are so excited to have Joseph on our team and look forward to all of the wonderful things that he will accomplish! Please join me in congratulating Joseph!

Ed Vick Senior General Manager

Ed started his journey with Absolute in November of 2019 as an Assistant Manager at Pleasantdale Storage of Doraville. He quickly grew into the role of Property Manager at Chestnut in December of 2019. Due to Ed’s excellence and dedication, he has been promoted to the role of Senior General Manager as of June 12, 2023. We are so excited to welcome Ed to his new role and watch him grow with Absolute! Congratulations, Ed!

Stephanie Morrall General Manager

Stephanie Morrall started with Absolute in June of 2022 as an Assistant Manager and quickly promoted to Property Manager of Augusta’s Best Storage. She continued her growth and knowledge which led her into the General Manager position she holds today. Stephanie is a rockstar in her role and her excellence and teamwork are unwavering. We are so excited to have Stephanie on our team and look forward to all of the wonderful things that she will accomplish! Congratulations on your promotion!

Chase Youngblood Service Center Agent

Chase started his journey with Absolute in April of 2020 as an Assistant Manager at Storage Village of Augusta. He quickly grew into the role of Property Manager at AAA Deans Bridge in October of 2021. As of 6/13/2023, Chase has accepted the role of Sales Center Service Agent! Chase’s years of experience with Absolute as well as prior customer service experience in the retail industry makes him a great fit for this role. Congratulations, Chase!

Tammy Lukander Service Center Agent

Tammy has been a team member with Absolute since 2017 at Magnolia Self Storage. Tammy has accepted the role of Service Center Agent effective 5/22/2023. Tammy has several years of customer service experience, and she is located in the Sorrento, FL area. We are so excited to welcome her into this new role! Congratulations, Tammy!

Entering a New Role: People Moves

Robin Bradshaw Sales Center Sales Agent Lead

Robin has been an integral part of Absolute for five and a half years, much of it in the HR Dept. Her journey began as an Assistant Property Manager for MidSouth Storage where her excellence quickly led her to Property Manager at Secure Storage. Later, she moved into the Training Department as an Orientation Specialist before transitioning in April 2020 into the HR Department as an HR Specialist. In 2021, she was promoted to HR Generalist and soon after earned her professional certification in Human Resources (PHR). Before joining Absolute, Robin worked in a high-volume call center, successfully leading her team with various tasks including sales. With this previous experience, Robin will be moving over to the Sales Center to help lead and continue to assist in its successful implementation.

Sierra Aler Acquisitions Assistant

Sierra started with Absolute in July 2019 as an Assistant Manager. Over the course of four years, Sierra has held many positions including Property Manager, Floating Assistant Manager, Ops and Training Support, and effective 7/3/2023, Sierra has accepted the lateral move to Acquisitions Assistant. Sierra will assist with property takeovers in areas such as hiring, maintaining Salesforce data, utility setup, coordinating with vendors, and many other detailed and lengthy tasks that come with taking on new properties.
