Caroline J. – Strategic Marketing Manager

We’re excited to welcome Caroline aboard as our new Strategic Marketing Manager at Absolute. With over six years of experience devising marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, Caroline brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Her recent tenure at a global retail brand saw her collaborating closely with Regional Managers to discern sales trends, fine-tune marketing messaging, analyze campaign performance, and disseminate relevant updates to sales teams. Caroline’s proven track record and strategic acumen make her an invaluable addition to our marketing team as we continue to drive success for Absolute. Notably, Caroline’s role as Strategic Marketing Manager is a revised position previously titled Marketing Success Manager. This new position is targeted to be a strategic support for Absolute’s Regional Managers.

Eboniee W. – Regional Manager

Eboniee joined Absolute in November 2021 as an Assistant Manager at Woodruff Storage Lakeside. Over the last three years, Eboniee quickly grew into the roles of General Manager and Senior General Manager covering properties in the Georgia and Alabama areas. We’re excited to announce that effective 5/14/2024, Eboniee has accepted the role of Regional Manager! We are excited to see Eboniee excel in this new role. Please join us in congratulating Eboniee!

Emily R. – General Manager

Emily joined Absolute in November 2021 as a Floating Assistant Manager with a home property of Star Storage Canton. In August 2022, Emily was promoted to the role of Property Manager over Premier Storage Hamilton Mill. We are excited to announce that effective 5/26/2024, Emily has accepted the role of General Manager! In this position Emily will be over Premier Storage of Hamilton Mill and Premier Storage of Friendship Road. We can’t wait for Emily’s continued success as a General Manager! Congratulations, Emily!

Tabitha H. – General Manager

We’re excited to welcome Tabitha aboard as our new General Manager in the Memphis, TN area. Tabitha joins Absolute with prior Property Management experience in the storage industry, and has lengthy experience in customer service. We are so excited to welcome Tabitha to Absolute, and are looking forward to her success in the General Manager position. Welcome, Tabitha!

Tyler V. – Sales Center Agent

We are delighted to announce that Tyler Villano has joined our Sales Center as a full-time Sales Center Service Agent. Since joining Absolute Storage Management almost a year ago, Tyler has been an excellent part of our team at Absolute Storage of Lynchburg, demonstrating dedication and excellence in his work. We are excited for Tyler in his new role and welcome him to the team!

Brittany D. – Sales Center Service Lead

Since joining Absolute Storage Management in August 2023, Brittany has made a great impact with her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Jaila H. – General Manager

Jaila joined Absolute in April 2022 as an Assistant Manager at Woodruff Storage Lakeside. Jaila has been a valued team member with Absolute for two years now, and we’re excited to announce that effective 5/13/2024, Jaila has accepted the role of General Manager! Jaila now manages Woodruff Storage and Woodruff Storage Lakeside. Please join us in congratulating Jaila!

Michelle C. – Sales Center Coordinator

We are thrilled to announce the transition of Michelle Carter to Sales Center Coordinator. Michelle has been an integral part of Absolute Storage Management since 2013. As Sales Center Coordinator, Michelle will continue to play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving our Sales Center forward. We look forward to witnessing Michelle’s continued success as Sales Center Coordinator.

Emily R. – HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

We are excited to share that Emily will be expanding her knowledge in Human Resources by taking on all things recruiting and talent acquisition! Emily has made a huge impact on our team over the last year in her current role where she manages our payroll administration. With Emily’s shift to recruiting, she will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, attracting top talent, administering and utilizing the Culture Index tool while filling key positions, coordinating the start of our new hires, and so much more. Emily’s outgoing personality, hard work ethic, and dedication to Absolute makes her an excellent match for this opportunity. Congratulations, Emily!

Ariana A. – HR Specialist (Payroll)

We are thrilled to welcome Ariana to Absolute Storage Management as the new HR Specialist for our Payroll functions. Ariana earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg, FL. Additionally, Ariana obtained the SHRM – CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. In her previous experience, she assisted with gathering/analyzing data, coordinating events, creating announcements, assigning applicable training to team members, and more. Additionally, Ariana has a strong passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. We look forward to seeing Ariana transition into this role. Welcome, Ariana!

Kimberly W. – Senior General Manager

Kimberly started with Absolute as a Property Manager at Hub City in July 2023. Kimberly was eager to learn and grow with Absolute, and in October 2023 Kimberly moved into the role of General Manager over Hwy 221 and Main Street Storage. Kimberly takes pride in her dedication to her properties and her team. We are excited to announce that effective 6/10/24, Kimberly has accepted the role of Senior General Manager! Justin H. – Technology Specialist

Justin started his journey with Absolute in September 2018 as a Floating Assistant Manager in the Memphis Area. He quickly grew into the role of Assistant Manager at Green & Sons Self Storage and then Property Manager at Cool Springs Self Storage. In June 2020 he was promoted to GM of Abbott West and Abbott Trinity. In September 2023, he accepted the role of SGM in the Atlanta, GA area. Justin is eager to learn and will be actively studying to gain the necessary certifications to enhance his new found career path. Sarah F. – Sales Center Agent

We are so excited to announce that Sarah has joined Absolute as a new Sales Center Agent. Sarah resides in Memphis, TN. Sarah has a degree in Business and Marketing and joins our team with years of customer service experience. She previously worked in the retail, electronics, motor vehicle, and insurance industries. Raina B. – Sales Center Assistant Manager

We are thrilled to welcome Raina Brode to Absolute Storage Management as the new Sales Center Assistant Manager. Raina resides in the St. Petersburg, FL area. Raina brings with her several years of extensive sales experience, along with a proven track record of driving results. Donald M. – Senior General Manager

Don joined Absolute in June 2019 as a Floating Assistant Manager in the Memphis, TN area. He quickly grew into the role of Assistant Manager at our Cordova property and was then promoted to Property Manager in February 2022. Due to Don’s leadership skills and his dedication to Absolute, he was promoted to General Manager this past October. Effective 6/23/2024, Don has accepted the role of Senior General Manager! He will be over Barton Mini, Lucky Self Storage, and Cordova Shelby Farms. We can’t wait for Donald’s continued success as a Senior General Manager! Congratulations, Don!
