I work though out the day but just went to get something out of my storage building, and it says denied area closed! The reason for me having a gate code is go get in when it is convenient for me for what I assumed when i purchased the building, now it’s saying that I can only access my unit from 6-11, I work until about 11 so this means that I can never get into my unit! I am beyond pissed!!

Aside from the fact that somebody was able to somehow remove the locks from my storage unit, steal upwards of $6,000 of my personal items, place my locks back on and then get out without anybody noticing, this place has been fairly good to me. It's a little overpriced, but the staff are wonderful, the facilities are clean. Keep in mind, their video cameras only go back a month or so. I figured that out the hard way.

1 YEAR LATER AND MY STORAGE UNIT WENT UP AGAIN. I'M NOT SURE AS OF WHY, BUT I MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE CALLING TODAY.MOST DEFINITELY NOT FOR PEST CONTROL, BEING EVER TIME I COME I'M FIGHTING SPIDERS. THINK IT'S TIME FOR ME TO GET MY THINGS OUT. Really never payed attention too the price of my unit changing until I read one of these reviews. So then of course I had too do some investigating. ????? and low and behold my price have also went up, not once,but twice. An I called another storage unit to see if their units change prices randomly and he said no. Which is okay sorta, everyone has different reasons ?. Anyway, I'm not 100% sure so I'll have to call and ask. I also know that a contract doesn't change every couple of month's. Maybe I'm wrong again, but I looked and noticed from March to November (2021)my storage was 169 including insurance, changed again in November too July (2022)to 237.00 then randomly changed again from July(2022) until now to 248?. Only to get online today to see my exact same unit is now 197.00 to new customers ??. Ill have to agree with the other customer, if nothing has changed in our units why is our price changing? I understand the cost of living has gone up, but it doesn't go up every 5 to 6 months?. Now the units are very nice, but that doesn't mean the price should change randomly. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
