I have used other storage companies but the Pleasantdale location really looked out for me, gratefully speaking. She replied, "for the convenience and some times on my break I like coming by to speaking with Ashley." Ashley is the store manager I believe. I met her and when I say the 2 other customers that came in behind us had nothing but good things to say about her. And of course I agree. Ashley J has an awesome personality and her professionalism is outstanding. I'm the type of person that will call a spade a spade and I will call corporate or write a review if I'm not getting the type of business I feel I deserve. So as you read, I did or my friend did get the service she/we deserved from Ashley. Now let me also be honest. Whoever own this location need to do some major reno. The grounds of the building is clean and maintained, but some of the Esthetics need some work. My experience with the manager was great. She was patient and kind. However, the lights where my unit is located do not work. Therefore I had to work in the dark. At least until Ashley provided me with a flashlight? And an extension cord to plug in one of my lamps. I asked her if she was short staffed. She explained that she is the only one that is attached to this location. I told her I would love to help her out and work at this location. I gave her resume and filled out the application. Several weeks went by and I did not hear from anyone. I sent an email to the recruiting department. They responded back to me stating that the position for 4175 has been filled. So they sent me a link to apply for the Buford highway location. I filled it out. A few days later I spoke with Ashley about her new hire. She told me she doesn't have a new hire. I felt very decieved by the recruiting team. I sent another email to the recruiting team to inquire about the doraville location. It's been almost a month and I have not received a response. Other than Ashley and her great personality. I feel as though I have given the run around and no one seems to be concerned about giving Ashley the help she deserves.

I recently acquired a unit here for rental. It has not even been a month and my outdoor unit was broken into alongside 5 others. Lost hundreds of dollars worth of equipment. There's no proper protocol put in place to deterior this happening again. I had another person who also rents there state that burglaries and break-ins occur all the time here and the owner is well aware yet doesn't do anything to provide a sense of security. I am moving from this place immediately! Alongside the others whose units were broken into! Please don't rent a unit here unless you want your stuff stolen.
