9 New Hires & Promotions as Absolute Grows! 

We are thrilled to announce that Absolute Storage Management has experienced additional growth in the first quarter of 2024, and with this expansion comes the exciting news of adding five new members to our team!

Each new member brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and fresh perspectives that will contribute to our ongoing success and the enhancement of our services.

Suzannah Fischer – Director of Operations Effectiveness 

Suzannah joined Absolute in September of 2023 with previous experience in various industries including higher education, health care, and technology. Suzannah holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in English & Classics (University of South Florida) and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology. Suzannah has quickly made a huge impact on Absolute. We are excited to announce that effective 4/8/24, Suzannah has accepted the role of Director of Operations Effectiveness where she will be focused on optimizing the efficiency and productivity of company operations by developing and implementing strategies to improve processes, procedures and systems across Absolute. Her contributions will make a significant impact on Absolute as we continue to focus on process improvement and growth. 

Paula Reese – Senior General Manager 

Paula started with Absolute as an assistant manager at Legion Rd in 2017. In April of 2018, Paula moved into the Property Manager position. In 2019, she was moved to Fayetteville Storage of Owen Dr. and Fayetteville Storage of Yadkin Rd where she was promoted to General Manager. Paula has excelled in training multiple team members, mastered auction processes, and is among the first to take on any new challenges. Paula continues to strive for excellence in everything she sets out to do. Effective 3/18/24, Paula has accepted the role of Senior General Manager! Congratulations, Paula! 

Shelly Frazier – Regional Manager 

Shelly started with Absolute in 2017 as an Assistant Manager at Carriage Hills Mini Storage. Over the course of seven years, Shelly grown into multiple positions in the North Mississippi area including Property Manager, General Manager, and Senior General Manager. We are so happy to announce that effective March 2024, Shelly has accepted the role of Regional Manager! Congratulations, Shelly!  

Lisa Durham – General Manager 

Lisa started with Absolute in June of 2023 as a Property Manager at Mullet Creek Storage. Lisa had great success in her role at Mullet Creek, and effective 3/15/2024, Lisa accepted the role of General Manager where she will be taking on Crestview Storage. Please join me in congratulating Lisa! 

Mike Matthews – Hybrid Regional Director 

Mike has quickly made a huge impact on Absolute since he joined our team last year in May of 2023. Mike consistently strives for excellence and brings new ideas and initiatives to the team. Mike’s previous experience includes over 10 years of knowledge in the storage industry in a leadership role. We are excited to announce that Mike has accepted the role of Hybrid Regional Director! Please join us in congratulating Mike. 

Robin Bradshaw – Sales Center Manager 

Robin has made a huge impact on Absolute over the course of six years. Her journey began as an Assistant Property Manager for MidSouth Storage where her excellence quickly led her to Property Manager at Secure Storage. Later, she moved into the Training Department as an Orientation Specialist before transitioning in April 2020 into the HR Department as an HR Specialist. In 2021, she was promoted to HR Generalist and soon after earned her professional certification in Human Resources (PHR). Before joining Absolute, Robin worked in a high-volume call center, successfully leading her team with various tasks including sales. With this previous experience, Robin will be moving into the role of Sales Center Manager, effective 3/25/24. Congratulations, Robin! 

Cameron Wilbourn – Sales Center Agent 

Absolute is pleased to announce the newest member of our Sales Center Sales Team, Cameron Wilborn, who hails from the West Memphis, Arkansas area. With a robust background encompassing over 5 years of in-person sales expertise and over 8 years of dedicated customer service, Cameron brings valuable experience to our team. We are excited to welcome Cameron aboard and eagerly anticipate the insights and expertise he will contribute to his role. 

Katelynn Gibbons – Sales Center Agent 

Katelynn joins Absolute with over 3 years of customer support, remote work experience, and sales experience. Katelynn resides in the Augusta, Georgia area. Katelynn’s excitement and thirst for knowledge are what set her apart when interacting with customers. We are thrilled to have Katelynn join the Absolute Sales Center as a floating agent working both our sales and service customers. We can’t wait to see what Katelynn does in her new role! Welcome, Katelynn! 

Katherine Bullock – Sales Center Agent 

Absolute is delighted to introduce the newest member of our Sales Center Sales Team, Katherine Bullock. Residing in northwest Georgia, Katherine brings with her over 5 years of remote customer service experience, coupled with a strong background in customer sales, service, and call resolutions. We are truly excited to welcome Katherine to our Sales Center Sales team and look forward to her success.
