UPDATE: I recently got a unit for the second time at this facility. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. After moving in I received a call informing me I failed to fully engage the slide lock where you secure the door with the lock. The attendant noticed this on her security check. I was impressed because it looked like it was locked, but it could be jiggled loose and my things were not secure. This company cares about their customers and the safety of our belongings. Thank you, Lighthouse! You guys rock!! Super nice! The best storage company I have ever used. Reservation and checkin were easy and Amanda is courteous and professional. I highly recommend using their service.

I feared someone would take something because of the temporary lock given to me but due to the holidays it slipped my mind to come back and put a permanent lock on it. Amanda called me from LightHouse Storage and alerted me, I asked her to take pictures for me because I took a before photo when I left the unit and it looked EXACTLY the same. Not only that, she put a lock on it for me that I purchased over the phone. I’m so grateful for the safety and security they have provided for me. Also went up in price already with not even being a year yet. No lights or plugs in the storage. They do keep it clean though. Has never been crowded either which is good .

From the moment I entered the office, her energy was non welcoming, very rude with faces made. They eventually called Sage for assistance, and was even rude and making faces while on the phone with her... but I elected to not deal with being mistreated to spend my money and will opt to come back when Sage is in the office. Before stating you cannot find my account- it’s under Jacob Black. Paying for a climate controlled storage unit that obviously has issues because there is mold growing all over belongings in my unit, white furniture has turned yellow and is swelling with cracks. Called to speak to the front office (Sage) who was very rude, basically told me they aren’t responsible (which I’m aware) and that is the “name of the game having a storage unit, unfortunately damages may happen”. She began to say that there is a problem bc they have someone coming to view the climate control A/C units today but then stopped in her tracks instead of admitting they know there’s an issue said it’s part of their “routine to ensure there’s no issues”. Why am I paying for a service for my items to get ruined? And then be told that basically that’s a chance I take with renting a storage unit. I’m sure she would feel differently if it were her items she’s paying for to sit there and get ruined. Very unprofessional.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I normally rant about how great businesses are but they really dropped the ball on this one and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone. Drove several hours (by Uber) to this location because they were the only ones with a 20 foot U-Haul truck. I arrived after hours and upon doing the mobile check in they forgot to put the keys in the lock box. My reservation # 81501337 on 5/13. U-Haul had to switch me to a smaller 10 foot truck that was on site with a different lock box code. This was already a bummer because I needed the 20ft not 10. To top it off upon trying to leave the gate wouldn’t open, had to call Paulding Sherffis office to let me out. This was before 8 PM, clearly the gate should work until 10pm. Take your business elsewhere if you value your time.
