We also offer extended coverages, which include a range of risks such as windstorms, hail, water damage (excluding flood and surface water), landslides, and more. Additional coverages include burglary, rodent or vermin, mildew and rot, outdoor vehicle storage, and limited property damage; limits apply, speak to an insurance representative for details. These added coverages, along with Extra Rental Space, Transit, and Debris Removal, provide holistic protection for our clients without augmenting the total insurance amount.

Went around shopping for prices on a unit, as I am very particular about where I trust my belongings. Joyce at Barton hands down had the BEST customer service and I will be renting there soon. I don't need the unit until mid January, but Joyce still made sure to show me at least FOUR different units until I was satisfied with the location. Everywhere else I visited barely wanted to show me one unit, let alone four. By the end of the tour I learned Joyce is actually the regional manager and isn't normally at the property daily but helping out the busy manager, Karman, today. I thought that was an amazing showcase of leadership and teamwork since we do not see a whole lot of that now a days. She sold me, even without her being there daily, she sold her team to me, as well! I'll be coming back to rent here 100%.

I guess “inflation”has hit everywhere? Also talking to some hard to understand call center shows even local businesses are hiring non local folks

Now I get locked out, rates go up with no explanation then again because suddenly my renters insurance that I have had the ENTIRE time with them s not suitable and just disappeared. Storage facilities are plentiful and there's nothing special here.
