Welcome to Absolute: New Team Members

Arianna Elliot Senior Accountant

Absolute would like to welcome Arianna Elliot to the team! Arianna joins us this month as one of our new Senior Accountants in the Cordova Home Office. Arianna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Jackson State University as well as a Master’s Degree in Organization Leadership from Belhaven University. We are so excited to have Arianna on our team and look forward to all of the wonderful things that she will accomplish. Welcome aboard!

Michael McLaughlin Marketing Success Manager

Michael comes to Absolute with over a decade of marketing experience in brand development, marketing campaign management, PR, social media strategy, and sales for Fortune 500 brands, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. He lives in the Memphis area and enjoys music, especially marching band-related events and activities. Michael joins our Marketing Team and advises 8 of our Regional Managers on effective marketing initiatives for 61 properties.

Lisa Ogle Regional Manager

Lisa joins Absolute with over seven years of multi-property storage management experience. She also has over a decade of experience in sales and account management in her tool belt and brings her know-how to six self-storage facilities in the Georgia market including Flakes Mill Storage, Chestnut Self Storage, Kennessaw Self Storage, Lithia Springs Self Storage and its annex Hillcrest Storage, and Silo Self Storage.

Amanda Kelly Auction Specialist

Welcome back to Absolute! Amanda “Kelly” is a former 5+ year team member who recently left Absolute after a property she managed transitioned out of our management portfolio. We are excited that Kelly will be returning and serving as our new Auction Specialist – a function she was often considered a “regional expert” at in her previous Absolute role. Kelly lives in Columbus OH, and began her new role in May.

Moving Up in the Company: Team Member Promotions

Heather Hughes-Meek Operations Manager

Heather, an Absolute team member since the summer of 2018, most recently served as a Regional Manager for properties primarily in Ohio and Florida. As of May 1st 2022, Heather moved into our new Operations Manager role. She takes on the responsibility of providing high-level support by analyzing and reporting on operational data, leading vendor relationships, and assisting with operations-based projects.

Tami Johnson Regional Director

Tami, who has been with Absolute since August of 2018, has quickly grown with the company. She started as an Assistant Manager for The Vault in Rock Hill and quickly moved into the Property Manager role for that property. In May 2019, she was promoted to General Manager of Mooresville Self Storage and then onto Senior General Manager in November of the same year. She took on the role of Regional Manager in April of 2021. We are excited to announce that Tami has recently accepted the role of Regional Director for her regional markets, effective July 1st 2022. Tami resides in the Rock Hill, South Carolina area and attended the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Tina Painter Regional Manager

Tina has been with Absolute since October of 2017. Tina was first promoted to Senior General Manager for AAA Storage Dean’s Bridge, AAA Self Storage on Milledgeville Rd., Attic Nook Self Storage, and Sigma Drive Self Storage in May of 2022. We are excited to announce that Tina has accepted the role of Regional Manager for her local markets and began her duties on July 11th 2022. Tina resides in the Augusta, Georgia area.

Amanda Anderson Regional Manager

Amanda, who has been a team member of Absolute since October 2019, has quickly grown from a Property Manager to her newly acquired role of Regional Manager. Amanda resides in Alabama and as of May 1st is supporting properties in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. We are excited for her to continue to grow here at Absolute!

Shelly Frazier Senior General Manager

Shelly, a 5-year team member of Absolute, was recently promoted to Senior General Manager for Mid-South Self Storage and its annex, Storage Station, and Horn Lake Storage. Shelly has been supporting the Memphis team for many years and we look forward to continuing to watch her grow!

Dalton Miles Senior General Manager

Dalton started with Absolute in January of 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager. Due to her excellence and dedication in her job performance, Dalton has been promoted to Senior General Manager over Signal Mountain Self Storage, Red Bank Climate Storage, and Scenic City Self Storage in the Chattanooga, TN market. Dalton resides in the Rossville, Georgia area. Congratulations to Dalton!

Joyce Hawk Senior General Manager

Joyce has been with Absolute since the spring of 2018. She was promoted to Senior General Manager for Hernando Self Storage, Secure Storage, and Collierville Marketplace Self Storage. Joyce has been a strong support in the Memphis area for years and we are excited to welcome her into her new role!

Carolina McGraw Senior General Manager

Carolina started with Absolute in April of 2021. She was recently promoted to Senior General Manager for Hub City Storage and Main Street Storage properties. Carolina resides in the western South Carolina area and we look forward to her continued growth and development as a manager and supporting new properties in the near future.

Sam Lowery Revenue Specialist

Sam has been with Absolute for almost four years, most recently as a General Manager for All About Storage Lynn Street and All About Storage Concord. We are excited to announce that Sam has joined our Revenue Management Team effective May 9th. Sam lives in North Carolina and is excited to begin her new role with Absolute.
