This was my 1st time needing a storage unit, and didn't know exactly how the process worked. I spoke with a representative named Joseph, and he was very helpful. He took his time and explained everything, and was very pleasant about doing so. I had to call him several times afterwards with questions, and he was always available, and friendly each time. He made me feel like we were old friends. I HIGHLY recommend this business, and if the need arises, I would definitely use the again!!!
