I have rented a lot of uhaul trucks throughout the years, but will make it a point to try to rent from here moving forward. I was having trouble with my app, and the front desk sorted me out in 5 minutes giving me a new, clean, nice driving truck. I dropped it back off later that night, and when I received my bill, didnt have any surprises which was greatly appreciated as have to chase down inappropriate fees on at least 1/4 of my rentals.

And although I currently only use their Uhaul truck rental services, I can always rely on Milton Self Storage to have an available truck when I need it the most. To top things off, the staff, (namely Sarah Chan), at this location are awesome! Sarah treats me like I am a M.I.C (Most Important Customer), which is what keeps me coming back to this facility whenever I need to rent a truck. Other storage service providers could definitely learn a thing or two from Milton SS about Customer Service; as they are a great example of what it means to treat customers with respect and care. We had a terrible experience with quality at a facility VERY close to Milton Self Storage. I found, rented, and moved items into Milton Self Storage in less than 10 minutes. The facility is BEAUTIFUL, the unit is spotless and HUGE, online and email information was fantastic, and the instructions and operation of doors, security codes, locks, and elevators were easy and flawless... AND Milton Self Storage was LESS EXPENSIVE than the facility that was completely unacceptable!!! We couldn't recommend this location more!!!!

Milton Self Storage increased my rate by $100 per month without telling me. I’ll never do business with you again. When I pressed why did they do that, they said they had new ownership & “lost” the record keeping. When I showed them my previous statements, they said there was nothing they could do. By the end, for a cheap rental, I was spending “240” per month. Oh! And they randomly added insurance at $15 per month without telling me, while I had it insured with another company. If you want to get professionally screwed by a storage company, I’d highly recommend this facility.
