Excellent service, security, and value for your property. We moved from another location that kept raising rates without any noticeable improvement to their service. At Crestview Storage, the front desk service (Mrs J) was very professional and knowledgeable on options for our storage needs. The facilities security is very comforting, in contrast to our previous location. Additionally, you have access of a dolly to move things in and even clean restroom facilities (none available on the previous location). They also have great moving deals are fantastic and a military discount. I'm was very pleased when they opened and glad we made the move.
I have had my unit since 2022. There has never been any problems. If I have a question the people there are nice and helpful.
My wife Jequita Brooks, keeps her anniversary present at Crestview storage and has been very pleased with the good communication they always keep.

This storage unit is is one of the most cleanest places in town, they have these bright Orange roll-up doors and they come in a few different sizes. At night they lock the gates to the entrance and the exit, The reason why is so people don't break in to the units. Don't think that they don't have any other security system because you will get a big surprise. They also let the Crestview Pharmacy's Customers use there property to get out so there not stuck, because of the little space there would be no way out without causing a wreck. There cheap and easy to get and they care about others.

The online ordering needs work. If it says it’s at an address it should be at the address, not at another location. Thankfully a person was on site to help me correct my order and I would give a 4 star rating but the second unit wasn’t fit to rent (broken roller door) the person who helped me was kind and is the only reason my experience was acceptable. If it weren’t their help I would give one star and I haven’t even had the unit a week. I will say though, the price is pretty decent.
