Southside Storage Partners with ASM for Professional Storage Management

Local acquisition of Southside Storage is bringing professional self-storage management to the city of Maumee, Ohio.  Remote owner, David Landoll of 1340 Conant Street Holdings LLC, purchased this facility for an undisclosed price using Live Oaks Bank as the project’s lender. Southside Storage provides climate-controlled units with drive-up access and advanced security at their fenced and gated facility to the local community serving Winchester Apartments, Hamlet at Maumee, and Chesterfield of Maumee. Southside Storage is comprised of 213 units totaling 30,062 rentable square feet. Renovations are scheduled for August, and once completed, Southside Storage will be comprised of 530 units totaling 60,808 rentable square feet. 

David Landoll or 1340 Conant Street Holdings LLC has contracted with Absolute Storage Management (ASM) to provide professional self-storage management. Southside Storage was/is officially under new management as of May 5, 2020.
