Sabrina at Magnolia Self Storage facility was so helpful! In the middle of my own personal storm I come into the office a little stressed out. Sabrina instantly made me feel better just from the warm welcome. After that she assisted me in sizing up my storage needs to a larger unit. I really feel like she went above and beyond to explain everything in detail so that I would understand. She also gave me options to help save money and explained some of the details I had previously had questions about. Before I left she also explained a few new rules so that I would not be unaware. I really appreciated this so that it didn’t cost me later. The office and outside all were clean and well kept. As we were inspecting the new larger unit it was left unclean after the last tenants and Sabrina instantly alerted to that fact and insisted that she have it cleaned out before I move into it, even after I offered to do the cleanup myself, she didn’t want me to have to fool with it. This was the end of the day basically so when I can back the next day mid morning, I was surprised that the new unit was already in perfect shape and ready for me to transfer from my other unit. I know it’s just a storage facility but I sure felt like I got the personal touch from a small business. Thanks Sabrina for being a rockstar! I would highly recommend Magnolia Self Storage of Sanford. Hopefully I can add more pictures later

She was incredibly patient, and able to settle my issue quickly, so quikley in fact that it was handled before I even got to the location. I reserved a Uhaul pick-up at this location. Super Frustrating! The truck was there but no key was left in the lock box for me! Wasted a bunch of my time!
