I truly appreciate the staff of Pembroke Park Self Storage. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite the number of tenants, the grounds are well-maintained and the units are also well-maintained. The location is great. I also love that I can access my unit any time of the day and I can feel safe when I do because of the security presence. I was referred to Pembroke Park Self Storage by a friend. Needing a space in a rush, I went into the office, and Nancy assisted me right away. They look up thier available spaces, and depending on what size you are interested in, they transport you to look at actual storage bay. The storage spaces they showed us were very clean. Painted walls, and clean floors. We decided on a bay and worked with Nancy to fill out the necessary paperwork, and were in right away. Almost a year later, we are very happy to be customers! Anytime you have a question, Nancy will address your questions or concerns right away. She makes it her mission to ensure the storage grounds are kept up to par and everyone is doing their part to do so. We plan on being customers for a long time! Thanks Pembroke Park Storage!!

The area is much cleaner and safer than it was. I would recommend renting here to any one , If you follow the rules you will not have any problems here

I was told the only available unit would be available for me the next day and when I called to advise I was on my way I was advised "sorry to inform you we rented the unit" with the attitude of tuff luck, sorry and very dismissive. Maybe it's a good thing. They don't have security surveillance and it's open 24hrs to anybody who comes on the property. That's not good.

Any and everyone can come on and off because there's no gate in the back near other storage facility. No gate no code no nothing! But there is a code to use restrooms?! Just crazy how unleveled the foundation on this property is. And rent isn't cheap
