Called the number on the email spoke to someone but was then disconnected, called back and now it goes to voicemail. So far not a good impression Update: after a rocky start of renting a unit, the onsite manager was able to help reset the code so I could enter the property. She was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience.

The property manager hasn’t answered any of our calls even though the office was supposed to be open (confirmed by the after hour support line). All the after hour support can do is “put in an emergency ticket” which they’ve done 5 of. It’s almost been a WEEK! We want answers!

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!! Locks being cut off is common place, whether it's from someone on the inside, or ppl cutting through the chain link fence, and I have the incident reports to prove it. I lost thousands of $$$ in possessions, and filed a police report, and now we are seeking legal action. The current property manager (Kim) hasn't helped at all, actually tried to downplay my loss...how insulting. When I asked questions about the inconsistent items in the report, I was told "it wasn't up for discussion"??? And then she hung up on me several times. Not how a paying customer should be treated when losing their belongings, when I chose this place because I thought it was safe and affordable. Shameful and unprofessional behavior. I would give negative or zero stars, but they make you at least select 1 star....pathetic place of business.
