This is a wonderful storage facility! We have been customers for over a year and just got our 3rd unit there to finish the move. The location is awesome and with a gate for secure access it is perfectly private! The employees are so nice and beyond helpful any time we’ve needed anything (especially Tiffany!) The rental process can be done completely online on your own or stoping by their office when you get there. And to sum it all up the prices are actually great compared to all others we have used! Also specials available lots of times for free months too. Thanks Kennesaw Self Storage!

Customer service is best you can find. A storage room is a storage room. But from setting up the account to getting confirmation to personal response from the offices they've been awesome. I had a problem with my gate code access the first time I came. I called the main number and the person that answered quickly helped me I and I was though in a flash! The unit was clean and ready for me when I arrived. Highly recommend based on my experience so far. A+ and 5 stars!

Scheduled pick up was at 9:30 but no one who works there even opened the gate even though posted open time was at 9. When finally let in magically there was a sign that said meeting in progress with the door locked but when looking in the window there is no meeting and it’s just some lady sitting at the desk staring at you. Only place we could have a box truck also as every place is sold out now. Terrible service

This facility failed to staff itself and be open at the scheduled time. We were unable to pick a moving truck, which delayed our plans and our day by two hours on a busying moving weekend. The number posted at the address is not a phone number for the facility, or at least when no one answered I was rerouted to a central office who was unable to do anything for me. I cancelled my reservation and had to drive thirty minutes away to find another rental.

When I got my unit 2 years there was a mix up in size (the unit was the wrong size, smaller than I signed up for). It was fixed pretty easily and the office staff was great about helping. Unfortunately, the person working the office now has terrible customer service skills and is ugly to customers. I’ve asked to speak with management several times and she either lies saying no one works above her or hangs up. I’ve met the owners when there was an issue with my unit size so I know someone is in fact above her! I called in with an issue of being charged twice today and told her was showing it on my bank statement twice. She was once again extremely rude and when I said I want to speak with someone from corporate she yelled for me not to threaten her and once again hung up. This lady is giving your storage facility a bad name and it’s sad because I loved it there until she was hired. Now I can’t call without being mistreated for no reason and I worry that she will be angry enough to do something to my unit. That’s not a good feeling to have when you lose trust for your storage company. Please do better Kennesaw Self Storage. I want to support local businesses but if I’m getting yelled at and have staff being rude it’s hard to continue to want to do that!
