I have to say honestly that I googled this place just to leave a review. I was a U-Haul customer and I came in today because I thought my reservation was at 2:30 this afternoon that I made online but found out that it was canceled because it was at 2:30 in the morning. I started crying when the woman whose name I know I’m going to butcher Kadata is her name told me what happened and I felt like my world fell apart. She said sweetheart please don’t cry I’m going to help you and I will get you a truck today. Believe me I was skeptical because who’s that confident but anyway she started typing away and said look I got you and I’m going to make sure you get everything you need today and she did just that! She said ok I’ve got you scheduled for pickup in 15 minutes and it’s 3 miles away can you get there in 15 minutes and if not I’ll call them and let them know that you’re on your way. Needless to say she worked a miracle for me today and I’m beyond grateful. This woman was so sweet and totally understood that I was stressing and struggling and she did everything in her power to make sure I was able to get what I needed. All I can say is thank you

Lithia Springs Storage is great place to store all your stuff…it’s clean, it’s temperature controlled and your stuff is safe and secure. My brother had his storage unit there for about 4 or 5 years but he passed away recently and I had to fly out from Philadelphia to see how much stuff he had and to figure out how to get it from Lithia Springs to Philly. The staff was so helpful and accommodating and it made the whole experience so much easier. I hired a moving company to transport his things and close out his unit. Shari was sooooo helpful and patient and it was a pleasure to interact with her. I’m telling you, if you ever need a great place to store your stuff, you need look no further than Lithia Springs Storage! UPDATE!!!!!!! UPDATE!!!!! UPDATE!!!!! This review isn’t finished yet because I need to mention David. He was absolutely instrumental in helping me to get rid of some things in the storage unit. There was a lot of non-perishable food (dry goods like pasta and cereal) that had expired, along with some old furniture, gardening tools and a bunch of other stuff that I wasn’t keeping and lifesaver David was able to take it all off my hands. With all the things I got rid of, it took up about one third of the storage unit space and that made it easier for the movers because they had less to move, which in turn, saved me some money. That’s always a good thing… In short, David made it so much less stressful for me. I hope the owners of LIthia Springs Storage realize what a diamond they have in David. He and Shari were even able to suggest some places for my son and I to visit since we had a lot of time to kill before our return flight home. David, thank you so much for everything!! My son and I will never forget you!
