Leaving Georgia and a life time of belongings and memories of my family's behind was stressful. Her patience and understanding was by far a blessing. The units were clean and well maintained and we’ve never had a problem with mice, bugs of any kind or humidity. We can go there 24/7 and it is gate/ID/camera protected. We highly recommend them.

I have sent the proof of payment via email and text 10 times, I have called to try and get it resolved and no one would respond, manager finally said she would look into after 2 weeks..still nothing and I can't get to get to MY personal belongings. My daughter was killed 3 years ago, and a lot of sentiment stuff of hers is in the unit, including her childhood videos, baby clothes, memorabilia, etc. I haven't been able to stop crying as it's like losing her all over again on top of fighting cancer. I am calling a lawyer on Tuesday! It's illegal and disgusting what these people have done!!!

I rented a unit over the phone before seeing the unit size. I was given incorrect size information and was told it would fit my household inventory. When I drove over there 3 days later to look at it, I quickly realized that was not the case. I cancelled the storage unit and asked for a refund and they refuse to give me one. They also charged me for a lock that I never stated I needed. I have my own lock. I have asked for the manager of the Commerce, GA location to return my calls 3 times, and of this date, she has not. I have also asked for her district manager to return my phone call. As of this date, he has not.
