Finally! A great climate-controlled storage space that is Musician friendly! I searched all over, came across 100 Oaks Self Storage and they had me in my unit within an hour of the call. Excellent, easy process. All items were clearly stated, priced transparently and were more affordable overall than the 4 competitors in the Nashville market. Love this place!

I moved to 100 Oaks recently and could not be happier with the change. The manager, Steve, is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and my unit is in good repair--the roll-up door is easy for my staff to operate. I moved from a nearby competitor where I had rented a space for about 5 years because it was in very poor repair. I highly recommend 100 Oaks Storage.

Prices are reasonable and the building is nice and climate controlled . The lady upfront can be a pain sometimes but is nice otherwise.

They claim to be open 24/7 but when my son went there at 10pm to put his college stuff into his pre-paid storage space, he wasn't able to get in. The code they gave us didn't work. He called the "emergency" number but they did absolutely nothing - just said he needed to go back when someone was there. My son had two exams the following day and ended up moving his stuff FOREVER and ended up checking into his hotel at 4 a.m.! NOT being able to get in made the entire process horrific for us. But everything went fine the next day - they said the system was "glitching" - and I would have waited a couple of months to leave feedback except that I've gotten countless emails begging me to write a review. So. Here it is.

They claim to be open 24/7 but when my son went there at 10pm to put his college stuff into his pre-paid storage space, he wasn't able to get in. The code they gave us didn't work. He called the "emergency" number but they did absolutely nothing - just said he needed to go back when someone was there. My son had two exams the following day and ended up moving his stuff FOREVER and ended up checking into his hotel at 4 a.m.! NOT being able to get in made the entire process horrific for us.
