Between my husband and myself and my daughter and son-in-law, we probably rented 8 to 10 at the units in building four. The wide hallways made moving our furniture in and out easy. Traci and Barbara were so helpful and professional. They were always so friendly and kind. Highly recommended this storage unit location. Even if there’s one closer to you, this location will make the drive worth it.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Matt Hwy Storage and their staff. I actually had reserved several spaces the week before and Sue had held them for me for a couple of days. Unfortunately with my schedule I didn't get back in time before they closed. I went back in several days later and she honored what she had told me and had held them for me. I was able to get some of my stuff moved she kept the gate open for me so my fork lift could unload quickly. They are great. The facility is new + clean and the people are nice when you speak to them. However, several monthly after moving in my rate was raised 30%. When inquired about why my bill increased and I expressed that I had felt mislead after all of the effort to move my stuff in, I was told it was normal for prices to increase several times a year. Seemed pretty shady to me and I have never experienced that while renting a storage unit from any other providers in the area.

So I am currently waiting outside to pick up a referral check and it’s 2:16 PM the sign on the door said they would be back at two of course 15 minutes late. I said there 10 minutes early because I arrived 10 minutes early ruction traffic getting to the place, but however was gone while I was standing there but yet when the lady got there said that she was stuck in traffic from the construction that is no longer there so after waiting, I was not allowed to pick up the referral check for my daughter whom lives in the same household as me. They will not mail the check. Rent went up on our building for no reason the number that I called to get somebody on the phone they couldn’t even contact the worker that was supposed to be there today. My opinion of the storage unit is not a very good one if you could find somewhere else to go, I would.

Had to find a place to put our stuff until they open on Monday and hopefully get a working code! Horrible experience so far!!!
